Cancellations and Returns

If your order has not yet been dispatched, the you can cancel your order on our online either through the customer dashboard or by contacting Customer Care. If the order is preparing for shipment or already in transit, please wait for the order to be delivered before initiating the return by contacting Customer Care. Please note that the purchaser may be liable for a return transportation charge.

The build to order purchase works in a batch manufacturing model where Epitomical will await a certain volume of orders prior to sending the total volume of orders to manufacturing for production of the goods. If for any batch the volume of orders are not reached then Epitomical reserves the right to cancel all batch specific orders and will refund the transaction value of 35% (or the relevant payment charged to the buyer if applicable, minus any non-recoverable costs). You may at any time cancel their order prior to the full transaction amount being charged or debited. At any period after this, you will need to await the receipt of goods and request an RMA from Epitomical.


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Epitomical for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from receiving the ordered items to request a refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") must be requested from our customer care team within thirty (30) days of your receiving the order. To request an RMA, contact Customer Care.
  2. The serial number of your product must be verified by Epitomical for date of purchase. The serial number can be found in the following locations:
    1. On the exterior of the original packaging.
    2. Within the device settings.
    3. If neither of above is available please contact Customer Care.
  3. Once a serial number has been submitted to Epitomical for an RMA request, that product will no longer qualify for any other guarantee or warranty.
  4. Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
  5. All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.
  6. The Product must be shipped with its original packaging and documentation.
  7. Only one product per RMA request will be considered.

Epitomical may bear the cost of return shipping to Epitomical only if the Product is shipped to you within the 30-Days from order.

Epitomical will offer you one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:

  • A replacement product (or accessory). Epitomical may bear the cost of shipping a replacement to you.
  • A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes (minus original shipping & handling costs). Refunds can only be credited to Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards and may or may not be in the currency of purchase.
  • Guarantee Terms & Conditions: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Epitomical determines that: (1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person.

If you return Product to Epitomical (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package or (c) without the Epitomical RMA shipping label or (d) with multiple products in one return package; Epitomical retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.

Price Reductions/Corrections

Epitomical Limited reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.
